It’s my favorite time of year… time to schedule SANTA! (Insert my Buddy the Elf excited dance) Santa will be joining us for TWO days this year! November 26th & December 16th. Since this is the TENTH YEAR for Kringle Mingle we are having a PARTY with extra special surprises.
If you’ve never been to a Kringle Mingle it isn’t your average Santa picture experience. For every 30-minute (or 60 if you choose that option) timeframe, there are 10-15 families there. It sounds like a lot but most do not stay the entire time and the space this year is HUGE. There is an activity to do for the kids while they wait or while they are trying to warm up to Santa. The whole time they are able to go up and talk to him, sit on his lap, and take their (and the family if you’d like) pictures. Sometimes it takes the entire time for kids to warm up to the idea of pictures with him. Sometimes we still only get crying pictures because kids don’t always love it. I personally LOVE the screaming kid pictures and I treasure them from all three of my kids. You can bring a letter for Santa, and get one mailed to your kids after the event directly from the big man himself. Santa will read a Christmas story at different times of the day. The times will be in between sessions so everyone will have a chance to be there no matter what timeframe you choose.
There are different options for the event this year so please read through the description of each so you choose the right one for you! Make sure you register and pay for the correct one. The pricing below is for immediate family members. If you have a group larger than 6 people coming you will need to reserve two spots. In years past, we’ve had families bring extended families with cousins and groups of 10+ and it caused delays because they took so long to take their pictures. I want all of the families, big or small, but please pay for two-time slots if you plan to bring more than just you and your kids. The cost for Santa only is the same price as it has been for the last two years! The location is at The Gathering Place on Ann Rd.
Santa Only
Santa will be at the studio for the Kringle Mingle just like he has always done for this option. You can choose 30 minutes or 60 minutes. There will be one backdrop for Santa's pictures. The two options for Santa only are 30 minutes - $45 - 3 digital images OR 60 minutes - $75 - all digital images I edit. Most people do not stay for the whole 60 minutes, but if you choose to, you can! If you choose the 60-minute option you can also change into a second outfit and take more pictures. This is fun if you want fancy pictures and say pj pictures too. Santa only will be the first 2 hours on each of the available dates.
Santa & Friends
Santa will be joined by two friends. The 2 friends Santa brings won’t be announced but use your best Christmas imagination to figure out who could be coming ;) There will be 3 backdrops, one for each of them. I will be photographing 2 of them regularly, and the third character will be there to help the kids with their crafts and she (there’s a hint) will have her own backdrop that you can take pictures of with your phones. This friend might jump into a couple of pictures with Santa if there is time, but this is NOT guaranteed. The professional images you will get are of Santa and his other friend on their two different backdrops. The two options for Santa and Friends are 30 minutes - $85 - 8 digital images OR 60 minutes - $125 - all digital images I edit. Santa & Friends will be the last half on each available date.
This is a non-refundable event. If you purchase and are unable to attend you can gift or sell your spot to someone else. I just need to know ahead of time so I can get your replacement on my list. This is the 10th year we’ve done this and it gets better and better every year.
Make sure you are paying for the correct time because once it is sold out, I can’t move anyone. Santa only sessions are the first two, and Santa and friends are the last two.
